Eat up, man up, get fruity and get some booty! Today in our mini-series on increasing testosterone we are going to talk about fruits that increase testosterone.

In previous articles, we spoke about mainly meats that increase testosterone and vegetables known to elevate T-levels.  Today, we are going to get fruity!

While lower testosterone levels are responsible for lower or lack of sex drive and impaired erectile function, it only stands to reason that augmenting testosterone level is going to help us to “get fruity”.

At the end of this article, and mini-series on boosting testosterone levels, you should know what meats and types of meat are good for elevating testosterone levels, what vegetables and fruits are also good, allowing for a truly balanced testosterone increasing diet.

 Avocados

Girly fruit, I hear you say! Avocados have a lot of bad press from the LFF’s (low-fat fools!). Increasing saturated fat levels is directly linked to increased testosterone levels. Over 3/4 of avocado’s calories come from fats,  mostly of the good type for enhancing testosterone.

Avocados are high in saturated and monounsaturated fats while having moderate to low level of testosterone killing polyunsaturated fats.
