Recipe Number 1.
This one, nice and easy to make and like all the smoothies on my site no specialist equipment is required other than a sharp knife, chopping board and a blender.
Ingredients:
As always use fresh produce and, if possible, go organic. as organic food provide better nutrients and of course, chemical free.
Watermelon, Pineapple, Banana, Arugula Lettuce, Broccoli. and a very Special herb Tongkat Ali.
Watermelon: A great source of L-Arginine and Citrulline as well as antioxidants which help to widen the arteries, gets the blood flowing and repair any damage at a cellular level. Citrulline is found in greater concentrations in the rind.
Pineapple: known in two continents, central and south America for centuries for making men hard! A good source of vitamins and minerals as well as all important Bromelain which can help improve poor erectile health and function. Vitamins and minerals in Pineapple are the right ones to support healthy testosterone levels.
Bananas: Great source of B vitamins for energy and potassium for lowering blood pressure. One of the healthiest food sources, period! Also contains Bromelain!

Method
Super simple, with the broccoli you may need to steam it first and then let it cool down, this is if you DO NOT have a high-speed blender. The reason for this is the broccoli mix may be lumpy if you have a slower or lesser quality blender. Steaming the broccoli softens it up and allows slower blenders to bring it to a more desirable smooth consistency.
With the watermelon, we are going to use the rind also. Just clean and chop into tiny pieces. We want the rind to become a very nice liquid consistency also. We are using the rind as it is where the highest concentrations of L-citrulline is found.
The rest of the vegetables and fruits just chop as add to the blender as and when required.
Then add in the required amount of Tongkat Ali. The amount will depend on each individual. Some will need more, others less. If you planning on sex straight away, err on the side of more and allow sufficient time for the smoothies to take effect.

Ingredients:
Spinach, Papaya, Pineapple, Kale and the super food Pine Pollen, as like to call it a true real mega food.
Spinach: Great source of Iron and nitrates to help awaken the sleeping soldier. Also a great source of blood flowing folate. Great Testosterone boosting food. High in antioxidants.
Papaya: Great source of sperm protecting Vitamin C, a source of L-arginine that helps widen the arteries. Good source of nitrates and also Lycopene, a potent antioxidant that can help with erectile dysfunction.
