As per usual in the smoothies and shakes, I recommend that you use fresh organic produce so that you get the greatest nutritional value.

Red Grapes, Watermelon, Spinach, Garlic, Tomatoes, Broccoli, Kale dash of olive oil and our special mega-food Pine Pollen. If sex is planned soon after consuming the smoothie add in some Tongkat Ali to help the process along.

Ingredients Explained

Watermelon: High in L-arginine, which helps open our arteries, good source of L-citrulline which helps combat erectile dysfunction. Also contains Lycopene which helps erectile dysfunction also, and his a very powerful antioxidant which will help repair damage at a cellular level.

Spinach: A great source of nitrates, which get converted into nitric oxide during the process of obtaining an erection. Has a good amount of folate which helps our blood to flow. Also contains artery-opening Lutein, a compound that also helps to clear the arteries of cholesterol.  A great testosterone boosting vegetable.

Boosting testosterone means enhanced sex drive! In all honesty, Spinach is an Erectile Dysfunction busting superfood!

Garlic:  Unusual to see in a smoothie but raw garlic contains Allicin, a substance that thins the blood and helps it to flow better. Helps to lower your cholesterol levels.

Tomatoes: One of the best foods alongside bananas for your heart. The highest source of ED busting and powerful antioxidant lycopene.  Lycopene is also great for prostate health.

Broccoli:  A great source of vegetable based proteins, Vitamin C and Vitamin A (A for awesome for testosterone boosting vitamin!) Zinc and importantly Lutein, which helps to open and clear our arteries. Full of testosterone boosting Vitamins and minerals. A source of Estrogen lowering Indole 3-carbinol.

Kale:  A great source of Folates and nitrates. I’ve added it to the Male Enhancement Smoothie due to containing energy boosting B vitamins, On its own Kale could be classified as a superfood due to being packed with vitamins and minerals.

Olive oil:  Seriously, helps cholesterol not to stick to artery walls and thus helping the blood to flow along nicely. Also helps to get the most out of the lycopene content.

Red Grapes: Contains a substance called resveratrol which increases testosterone levels, enhances sperm production all while lowering estrogen levels at the same time. Winner! (and no you, can put in red wine instead!)

Pine Pollen:  A super supplement and mega food with over 200 nutrients. Including all essential amino acids and 4 Phyto-androgens. Also contains testosterone. Powerful testosterone booster and male enhancement supplement.

Tongkat Ali:  A fabulous libido enhancing herbs that works for both sexes. I have experienced the powerful effects of Tongkat Ali for a while now.  Also known as Long jack. Definitely gives energy and vitality!


Steam the Broccoli and allow it to cool down beforehand if you have a slower food blender, then put it in the blender.

If you have a faster more robust blender there is no need to steam the broccoli, you can skip that step.

Simply just chop the vegetables and fruits and add into the blender until nice and smooth liquid consistency that you desire. Then add a dash of olive oil and the Pine pollen, 5-10 grams as per requirements and allow it to mix in well.  Also, add in Tongkat Ali if you are expecting some “fun”

That is one Serious ED busting smoothie!
