Ingredients
Where possible please use organic ingredients it is far healthier and better for you.
1/2 cup of freshly made mango juice.
1/4 cup of mango slices
1/4 cup of well-mashed avocado, preferably ripe.
1/4 cup of fat-free or low-fat vanilla yoghurt
1 Tablespoon of lime juice, freshly squeezed of course!
approx 6 ice cubes.
Method
Cup, chop and prepare the ingredients and place them in the blender and mix for 60-90 seconds. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
I cup of unsweetened and frozen peaches
1 Cup of fully skimmed milk
2 tablespoons of organic flaxseed oil, preferably cold-pressed.
Method
Prepare all the ingredients, place in the blender and blend until smooth. then add in the two tablespoons of flaxseed oil. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients
6 ounces or 200ml of low-calorie lemon flavoured yoghurt
1 half orange, peeled, obviously!
1 Tablespoon of flaxseed oil.
1 cup of fully skimmed milk
Some ice.
Method
Place all ingredients in your blender and blend for 40 to 60 seconds. Serve and enjoy

Ingredients
6 Oz (200ml) of low-calorie vanilla yoghurt
1 green apple, chopped, peeled and cored.
2 tablespoons of cashew butter
1/2 cup of fully skimmed milk
some ice.
Method
Put all the ingredients in the blender once they have been fully and properly prepared and blend for 60 to 90 seconds until smooth, serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Cup fully skimmed milk
1 cup of freshly chopped pineapple
some ice
1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil, organic and cold-pressed if possible.
Method
place all of the delicious and prepared ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend for 40-60 seconds add in one tablespoon of flaxseed oil and mix for 20 seconds more then serve and enjoy!
