Let’s talk about the ingredients a little…
Pineapple: Delightfully delicious and fabulously full of fantastic vitamins and marvellous minerals! need I say more? absolutely! Also a source of the brilliant bromelain, an ED fighting enzyme.
The nutritional content contains many of the vitamins and minerals required for augmenting testosterone levels.

Now, this one is one of my faves and contains two special ingredients to give you that extra vitality and a boost in testosterone levels. Being a shake it is simple to make!
Ingredients, Strawberry, Banana, Avocado, Spinach, Broccoli, Ginger Powder and Raw maca powder, as well as milk. As per usual go organic to get the better quality nutrients and make sure your food is chemical free.
Banana: A great source of energy producing B complex vitamins as well as blood pressure lowering minerals potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Like Pineapple, Bananas contain bromelain.
Avocado: High in folates, manganese, selenium but more importantly contains omega 3 and omega 6. Avocados are a source of healthy fats and importantly cholesterol.
Spinach: Popeyes favourite! and for darn good reason full of nitrates, essential nutrients that help with erectile dysfunction and the powerful estrogen blocker Indole 3 Carbinol which makes Spinach a true T boosting food as testosterone boosting vitamins and minerals are found in the list of nutrients as well as the aforementioned estrogen blocker.
