It is based around a concept of F4X, which simply means Focus On Four Exercises. There are 3 separate individual phases involved, all of which contain their own workout routines of 4 core or base exercises each that will take you no longer than 90 minutes to do.

The objective of the three individual phases is that you progress from one to the other, however, the final phase is not obliged you can simply remain on the second one to maintain and keep yourself in shape.

Build: This is the building muscle and “bulking up” phase.
