This smoothie I am naming myself, christening it the Erection smoothie. So called due to containing all the right ingredients to help you get a better quality erection.

Those who have stumbled on to my page and no problem in the trouser department, you’ll be lifting weights with it  or hanging a tower from it!

Erection Smoothie Details

Name: Erection Smoothie!

Good For: increasing testosterone levels, blood flow, lowering blood pressure……. and making your d*ck stronger than Donald Trump’s stance on immigration!


  • Watermelon
  • Pineapple
  • 2 Pomegranates
  • Coconut water
  • Ripe Papaya fruit
  • Powdered Tongkat Ali.

I have not, and I don’t tend to give you exact quantities in my recipes, that is because everybody’s tastes are different.

Personally, I love a variety of tastes one day, something bitter like lemon, another day something sweet like mangosteen, another day something spicy. I like to mix it up.

It’s something you get used to after spending 5 years in Thailand as Thai food tends to be a mix of all flavours.

Equipment needed: Just a quality blender, to blend the ingredients together.

Method: Cut and prepare the watermelon, slice and dice the rind as we are going to be using this also! Add them into the blender and make sure they get blended very well into fine pieces. Chop and prepare and add the remaining ingredients one by one.

Then finally add in a scoop (provided) of Powdered Tongkat Ali

The Erection Smoothie’s special weapon! Probably responsible for mass overpopulation in Asian nations!

Watermelon is a superfood for erectile dysfunction, containing lycopene, l-arginine, and citrulline, all of which are great for erectile dysfunction. Higher concentrations of citrulline is found in the rind, which is why I include it in the recipe. Watermelon is also high in phytochemicals.

Idea! you can try drying out the rind and making it into a powder adding it that way. Also, you can later add it to flour at a 10% mixture for added nutritional value to baked goods! – common practice in some Asian countries! 

Pineapple, I have added because it is a source of an enzyme that fights erectile dysfunction called Bromelain. Pineapple is full of antioxidants also  and has been known for enhancing libido for centuries in Central America.

Pomegranates,  we have mentioned before here, really good for increasing the blood flow and like pineapple high in nitric content that gets converted to nitric oxide. The more Nitric Oxide, guys the better for us! high in lycopene also! Lycopene is known for relaxing blood vessels and enhancing blood flow.

Coconut water, ultra mega delicious, high in potassium which lowers our blood pressure.  I don’t have high blood pressure, but then again, I do drink one glass (250ml or 8.5 fluid Ounces) of coconut water daily.  Guys, prevention is better than the cure!

Serving suggestion for your erection smoothie makes good use of those pineapple caskets and saves on the washing up!…and gives your more hide the sausage time!

I added ripe papaya fruit as it is the highest source of vitamin c, vitamin c has been shown to increase testosterone levels. Also a great source of Lycopene!

Pomegranates, coconut water, papaya, and pineapples all contain the correct micronutrients to increase testosterone levels! (Check this article for more details).

And that other ingredient? Tongkat Ali? well know libido enhancer and known for enhancing sexual function and performance in Both men and women!
